This year’s conference will focus on educating participants on the various types of Dementia from both a professional perspective as well as from a family perspective. Along with our guest speakers there will be a special screening of the feature documentary Forgetful Not Forgotten. Film maker Chris Wynn will be in attendance and will host a question and answer session after the screening.
Early Bird Registration Fee is $50. After March 5, the fee is $55. Cancellation fee is $10, and there is no refund after March 19.
Final registration date is March 19.
